More Sketches!

 

I got a new Moleskine!!! and it's big! I love it when i get a new sketch book! But i keep forgetting how hard it is to start one up. Soooo here are the first new sketches that i drew. the seamonster chick is differently going into Illustrator and maayyybe in photoshop if i feel saucy. And my goal is to finish this book up a lot quicker than my last one. Game On! 

This is Charles Hu from 3kicks Art Studios and i am a fan! He has a hand full of these 3 minutes quick sketch figure drawings and they are just amazing to watch. just the way he moves his hands and figures out the measurements and the perspective. Also it always turns out to be a great result!

i gave him some shoulders...it looked kind of weird with out them.

I forgot how much i loved Night Crawler so I drew this thing on Illustrator...it feels good to do something other than homework once in a while. That and i should do more of characters from comic books. It's good to draw a classic illustration. Oh and if anyone wants this (if anyone is even reading this) I can print this out in poster form...just and idea..

Hurray!! It's still my work in progress video! the monster is pretty much done..now i need to work on my other characters and do some more rough animation...that and i need to finish my bacgrounds...still got a lOoOt of work to do..but thankfuly I've been enjoying it!!

Work in progress on my animation final! The backgrounds are almost done...now for the nitty gritty. I need to work on the scenes more and time it out better...so far so good...Ithink

This man is my hero...I need to do more research on Darwyn Cooke and incorporate it on my characters! And people who are reading this god forsaken blog get the graphic novel  "The Outfit"!!! Amazing

 

Got some more background design here for my hard working animation. This is the first piece that i used illustrator and then exported it to photo shop. I did the regular shapes in Illustrator and then i put textures and glows in photo shop. It could be better...so thee for i need to practice more. But over all it was a fun experience and I'm definitely going to do it again!

Oh yeah! I'm still working on this! I'm liking this so far. I think the reason why i love doing this assignment so much is because I enjoy seeing my back ground design in action! It seems to make it look a lot more professional! I still have a lot more work to do...and hopefully Ill enjoy every second of it.

i nee to do some more sketches...and i need to post them up! some of these drawings (if i have time) will be modified into the illustrator program. these are also all the things i need to work on!...hands, mechanical things, and women lol.

 

another background for animation in progress. With the flames

 

this one is with out the flames so it can be animated in flash cs5. i just wanted to know what it would look like with the smoke and flames...and i think that it looks a lot better with crazy stuff happening. 

 

this is where this background will take place. i might work on the background a little more to give it more depth.
