This is really interesting and good to know! And this is an amazing website! I've been viewing this site for years!!

Here is some character design group shot. I really wish i had a scanner..I got some really cool sketches! Hopefully it will be before next semester when i can put them up.

I just found this guy out today!! I was in the comic book shop and i saw this beautiful color sceem on the front cover and i had to pick it up. Rocketo is the name of the graphic novel! He is now my new hero! His name is Frank Espinosa and his style is very loose but restrained! And I love his process! Check out these videos! They are very helpful!

ALRIGHT!!!i officially finished my semester!! I learned soo much and it was interesting as well. Now i have 3 whole weeks to recuperate ans work on some side projects. probably not going to post much...maybe some of my final character design stuff but other that I'm on vaca! PEACE!

okey doke well theres the final...i only had to do 30 seconds of it..so it's not fully done. and it's a little fast..but over all i think i did alright..

and this is the time that it actually should be but with lower quality.

He works at pixar and he talks about why pixar does so much retro design in they're work. Again amazing!

Just one of the guns that Magnus Rocket uses...the colors remind me of Calvin & Hobbes...nice and warm colors!

 

This is another work in progress page. I just changed the background. the characters were done in flash and the background in illustrator. Now the next step is going to have to type the story out...after I'm down illustrating all the pages of course.:)

I believe that this is finally done...The front cover of my animation bible for my character design class..i think i like it...I dont know yet
